Principles First Off Season Baseball Skills Academy

FEATURES:

*2 (2hr)Training Sessions per week

*Agility, Speed, Arm Care and Strength Training

*Top notch instruction in all 4 phases (Hitting, Fielding, Pitching, Baserunning)

BENEFITS :

*Players get the opportunity to work on Speed, Agility, Strength & Endurance to help prepare them for Spring Season

*Players also, work on position specific skill work (Hitting, Fielding, Pitching) building reps and gaining muscle memory

*Off Season Program will include a detail Lifting, Running & Throwing Program similar to what the Pros use to get ready for Spring Training & Spring Season

*Runs from December Week 1 - February Week 1
