THE PERFECT BRIDGE BETWEEN REC AND TRAVEL BASKETBALL
The PF Basketball Development League (PFBDL) is designed for young athletes who are ready for more challenge than a recreational league, but may not yet be prepared for the demands of an AAU travel team.
Led by experienced coaches, this league focuses on fundamental skill development, game understanding, and maximized playing time — all in a structured, competitive environment.

Every team is led by trained coaches who focus on teaching fundamentals, teamwork, and basketball IQ.
DEVELOPMENT-FOCUSED PLAY
Unlike most leagues, we prioritize skill growth — not just winning games. Every player receives meaningful playing time.
COMPETITIVE WEEKLY GAMES
Two organized 5v5 games are held each Sunday. Teams are balanced to create exciting, challenging matchups.
STRUCTURED PRACTICES
Held twice a week with a focus on core skills: dribbling, passing, defense, shooting, and decision-making.

🏀 WEEKLY SCHEDULE
Practices: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Games: Sundays, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (2 games per week)
Each season includes:
8 regular season games
End-of-season tournament
