ABOUT PRINCIPLES FIRST
Principles First Youth Organization, founded in 2015 as a non-profit, began as an AAU basketball program and has since expanded to include a Select baseball program, a skills academy for beginner and intermediate players, and a competitive league bridging recreational and AAU basketball. Beyond sports, we offer an after-school program for elementary students, a transportation program for kids in need, and community service projects to foster teamwork and civic engagement.

At Principles First, we are dedicated to fostering character, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a supportive environment through our basketball, baseball, and after-school programs. Our commitment is to empower young athletes and students to build self-confidence, embrace sportsmanship, and value collaboration through our six core principles: Hard Work, Dedication, Determination, Perseverance, Integrity, and Humility.
By embedding these principles into our athletic and educational initiatives, we nurture both personal and athletic growth. We equip participants with the tools to develop a strong sports IQ, whether on the court or the field, and essential life skills through our after-school programs, preparing them to excel in sports, academics, and their future endeavors.

Kendrick is a passionate individual with a diverse background various fields, showcasing a commitment to excellence and innovation. With years of experience under his belt, he has developed a unique skill set that allows him to tackle challenges head-on and inspire those around him.
In his free time, Kendrick enjoys exploring new hobbies and staying active in his community. His dedication to personal growth and continuous learning makes him a valuable asset in any endeavor he pursues, whether collaborating with a team or working independently, Kendrick's enthusiasm and drive shine through in all that he does.
